Thank you for choosing Zealthy! Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale, and all sales are final. Once a prescription has been issued and filled by our partner pharmacy, it cannot be returned or refunded.

In addition to medications, please note that consultation fees and any charges associated with your visit or membership are non-refundable.

Zealthy reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification through other appropriate channels.

Zealthy reserves refunds for errors, so please contact us if you believe an error was made in the processing of your membership or medication payment. You can also contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
